Power factor correction

O&M has adopted the new power factor correction (PFC) technology utilized in computer power supplies. PFC technology is applied to power circuits that have induction motors. PFC reduces the inductive component and consequently power losses. O&M designs PFCs to meet clients needs thus reducing power bills. The design is based on the measurement made to give an insight into the customers power consumption.
